Zeus is a lovable mutt with a knack for finding trouble. Roxanne is a lonely dolphin separated from her pod. But they've just found each other on a beach in the Florida Keys, and now they're the best of friends. Nora and Judith live with their mom. Jordan lives with his dad. The kids figure their parents would be, well, almost perfect together...like Zeus and Roxanne. But an unscrupulous scientist is out to turn dog and dolphin into a couple of guinea pigs, and it's up to Zeus and Roxanne to prove that fast friends can take quick action -- and lead the way home!
