United States Senator Vincent Napolitano (a/k/a Vinny Naples) is passionate about saving the country he truly loves, but is getting nowhere following the rules. Desperate and willing to do anything, he asks a Mafia relative for assistance in return for a big favor, and things begin to turn around.
