When a flu epidemic broke out on a remote air force base in Michigan, Phage T-36, as this new virus came to be called, proved to be even more horrible than the Black Plague! People are dying all around the world. The President of the United States authorized an emergency inoculation program, but Gabe Hinman, a federal investigator, discovered that the White House wasn't the place to go for a cure. Within the Oval Office a conspiracy was brewing - a plot of such shattering magnitude that the fate of the entire world was at stake!
