Why Our Teacher Wears Yellow — Multiple Authors

Roodee knows that seven best school friends will find a new adventure every time they see fun-filled places on the way to School #224. Their joy in learning from the school bus experiences is why Mary, Larry, Sherry and Berry say their teacher wears yellow. The book is dedicated to all the yellow school bus drivers who are the most valuable transportation teachers - taking students to and from school and many other places - everyday.

This story is a daddy and daughter dance. It began with the girls' enthusiasm for riding on the yellow school bus, and the dad accepting the moment for the daughters to enjoy that ride. Our learning moment together with this book is a commitment to literacy, social entrepreneurship, and future generations.

Children will adventure with the seven best school friends to the zoo, the pumpkin patch, The White House, the muddy cornfield, the playground, and the water park. While this is a read-aloud time with parents and teachers, children from age five to eight years have fun writing, thinking and creating in activities at the end of the story.
