I have studied and been trained extensively in Naturopathic, Homeopathic and Vibrational healing methods. Even though each methodology is wonderful, I have come to believe the mind is what really heals us or, sends us into dis-ease. Healing the Mind, Body and Spirit is essential for a Happy, Healthy, Successful and Wealthy experience during our time here. The stories we tell ourselves help manifest the results we call our life. Finding our truth by venturing inward to the mind of our heart can transform our lives to Love Joy and Peace. When we reach inside and speak with our heart, all things come within our reach. After all, Jesus taught "The Kingdom of God is within You". The little book, My Christmas Story hopefully helps launch a transformation of thinking through our heart.
