William Alexander is convinced he needs to hear bells ringing to know he's truly in love. And with Dr. Prue Valentine around, he's hearing them a lot! William, an associate professor of physiotherapy, is at St. Elizabeth's for a few weeks of hands-on time with patients, and he is quite taken with Prue. But she's focused on her career, and her career alone. She has no time - nor any desire - for the constraints of family life. But can he convince her that it is possible to have the best of all worlds?
