Description
When tragedy strikes, Christine Shore is certain that her life will never be the same again. Naturally, she considers shouldering the responsibility of caring for her orphaned niece and nephew--despite the family's assurance she is under no obligation to raise the children. Jack Browning, the children's uncle on the other side, has nobly proposed to marry Christine for the sake of the children. However, when presented with an opportunity to travel overseas, she chooses to let Jack care for his brother's family and find another woman to fulfill his hasty vow. Unforseen circumstances lead Christine to question whether she has made the right decision, or whether she has let true love slip her by.
