The Caramel Tree Readers Level 3 is a delicious series of leveled readers for children ages 7 to 9. It offers a long list of new, original stories with approximately 1,000 words. In this series, students are presented with a variety of genres including realistic fiction, whacky fantasy, and action adventure. Gordon is visiting a planetarium with his mom. He sees the crystals from a comet's tail inside a glass case and cannot resist the temptation to touch them. But the planetarium staff is not happy about that. Suddenly, Gordon is filled with super strength as he is pursued by the staff. He must find a way to return to normal-only if he can escape the planetarium first.
