Sonny Tate is a little depressed. Her sister, Coral, a runaway, has been gone for eighteen months now. While her mother consults a psychic, her father doesn't even mention Coral's name. Then her life changes. After helping out the very cool Janna, Sonny is accepted into her clique and that brings on the flirty attentions of Brett, the cutest boy in school.
