Scotty Welles, a young American architect, had it all figured out. She was going to Warsaw to work on the restoration of the finest historic structures, and to be with Jerzy, the man she planned to marry. Fate had other plans. Scotty meets Jerzy's best friend, Krystek, a tall, blond, Polish architect, and is awakened to an overpowering love for him, experiencing blissful sensations she had never felt before.
