Description
Dustin and Derek venture forth to new regions to start their Pokémon journey. The region is the newly opened Alola islands. The Alola islands are new to the international eyes of the Pokémon teams thus they haven't had their share of Mystic, Valor and Instinct. Despite that, they have a rich culture that stems down to their growth through the years of coexisting with Pokémon. Dustin has already accepted his goal to become the best Pokémon breeder in the world but deep down he wants to keep strong Pokémon. His team is not too shabby but facing against his brother does show how big their difference is when it comes to power. Hau, an Alolan local, also fights against Dustin's newly acquired Mudbray but it doesn't stand a chance against Rowlet. It's times like this that Dustin can't help but wonder, what is strength? With Dustin not sure on how strong he needed to be, he can't help but wonder if all the hard work he has done is for naught. With the intervention of the Team Skull on a lure event, Dustin is challenged to fight off the thugs from thwarting the event further. Without his brother at his side, Dustin must fight them off along with some Alolan trainers. There was no one else to believe in but himself and thus Dustin must learn to be confident in his abilities as a Pokémon trainer. With the help of Professor, Dustin begins to understand that there's a bigger picture to being a Pokémon trainer. Despite his dream to be the best Pokémon breeder in the world, he's always looks for strength and they're usually found in fierce-looking Pokémon. Going along the introduction of tropical Pokémon and the island trials to test his mettle, how does one define strength especially to a new trainer?
