Elaine and I had sold the house we had lived in for many years. We purchased a new home. After a couple of years, a question arose whether we should do some remodeling. We discussed it and finally began doing some work in the basement. The worker got the water lines mixed up, and the toilet began flushing with hot water! We put up a warning sign but found it didn't work at a most critical time.
