Joyce Allen was receiving a reading by psychic, Marcia Westcott. The latter told Joyce that she would soon me meeting a person who was right for her. This did not occur within the time period that Ms. Westcott had foreseen. Joyce became incensed and charged the psychic with being a charlatan. This story shows whether this charge was justified.
