The Witch of Bralhaven — Marilyn Ross

Upon her grandfather's death, Sally inherits Bralhaven, a Tudor mansion reputed to house a coven of witches. Sally has not been to Bralhaven since her early childhood, when her parents died there under mysterious circumstances. Though warned against returning, she goes there to live, hoping to uncover the truth about her past.

Sally immediately senses an undercurrent of fear and danger. Her two aunts and her uncle who continue to live there seem to be hiding a terrible secret -- one which Sally is convinced relates to her own past and that of her parents.

More determined than ever to uncover the truth, Sally tries to ignore the many danger signals. But when someone tries to poison her she realizes that by digging into the past she may be digging her own grave.
