Fred loves it when his grandmother comes to town from Vancouver-she brings so many presents and so much fun, it's like Christmas, Easter, his birthday and Halloween all in one. When she comes to help Fred's family fix up their fish market, Fred's cat Rick follows her around so closely she mistakes him for a guard dog.
