When Neil Haslam became principal of the Technical and Art institute in a remote country town, he found the place grinding to a standstill, and started a one-man revolution to reverse the process. Neil let it be known that the whole staff had not an original idea among them, but there was one member of the staff who made him think again -- in more ways than one.
