Marshawn “O-Dawg” Anderson has everything he wants, well almost everything. He controls the drug game in Portland, Oregon and everything that comes with it. The only goal he hasn't accomplished is breaking into the music business. When his homie Spike finally makes it big as a producer down in Atlanta, O-Dawg jumps at the opportunity to leave the drug game and gang life alone.
