Medley of Mystery — Lynn Williams

Sherry Smith was a young and talented singer, very much in love with her work -- and in love, too, with handsome Marc Rennard, who led the jazz trio with who Sherry performed in a Greenwich Village night spot. But frightening discords started to sound in Sherry's life when she learned that someone around her was involved in drug peddling.

Marc's strange behavior made Sherry realize how slightly she actually knew him -- no more than she really knew attractive, attentive writer Ben Lucas, or any of the other gifted and unusual people who surrounded her. Suddenly Sherry's off-stage life was filled with mystery and menace, as she searched for the sinister figure who might be setting the beat for a dance of death…
