This volume includes Book 3 and Book 4.



In Book 3, The Celestial Kingdom, Lily and Jackson journey to China, searching amid murderous slavers and soldiers of the Boxer Rebellion for the elusive identity of the Celestial Girl.



In Book 4, Terminus, Lily and Jackson return from China to San Francisco and solve the tragic mystery of the Celestial Girl.
