Evil Acts — Lesley Grant-Adamson

When Grace moves into her new home in Islington, she senses there's something badly wrong with it. She's right; she has been tricked into buying the home of a serial killer. Her growing isolation feeds her obsession with the previous occupant, and obsession leads to delusion. Convinced of the murderer's continuing presence and his efforts to destroy her just as surely as he did his other victims, she unwittingly teeters towards mental breakdown.
