HOME SWEET HELL
The seedy side of Pimlico Square has become a deathtrap for its elderly residents. An unsettling number of accidents--a fatal mugging, several deadly tumbles--has sent tenants fleeing in terror for safer parts of London.
Not Sophie Mendel. A nearly blind refugee who has survived by her wits and spirit, she refuses to be frightened away. But she is being cleverly, carefully terrorized. And she knows that soon someone will try to kill her.
Though Sophie has two allies who have put their lives in jeopardy to protect her, ultimately it is she who must listen to the soft, eerie warnings blowing through the deadly side of the square--and face the killer stalking the darkness.
