Description
Have you ever stood on the shoreline at dawn and watched the sunrise? The colors are a stunning mix of blues, pinks, golds, and oranges. They used to be my favorite colors, until I saw Shilo for the first time. Her eyes the color of green sea glass and her sun kissed yellow hair, stop me in my tracks. I sat there in awe as she stitched me up and bandaged my scrapes and bruises. Never in a million years did I think she'd notice me. The first few trips to see her were strictly job related, but I have to admit, lately I make sure I have to go. Her touch heals more than the wounds on my surface. It's not long until I realized, I need her and the love she gives so freely. The only thing is… I'm not a good man. I've never even been in love, and I've never given it. So here I stand, gazing at the most beautiful woman I've ever laid eyes on, and I have to tell you, her toughest job might be staring right back in her face. Sometimes, people aren't meant to be saved.
