Lone Wolf — Kristine L. Franklin

Perry Dubois and his dad live in the north woods. They don't see many people up there and Perry's dad likes it that way. With no one to talk to, Perry spends most of his time hiking in the woods. One day he hears the howl of a wolf and decides to find it. Instead of finding the wolf, he finds Willow Pestalozzi, a new neighbor. While getting to know Willow and her family, Perry realizes that he is like the lone wolf, and in his own way is howling and waiting to be found.
