Ted is at his wit's end. Between pampering the assorted temperaments of his employers, the Krogstad family, and orchestrating Galaxy Foods's grand reopening, the last thing he needs is a dead body in the cereal section.

Much less that it should be the lithe and sexy body of Ginger Jessup, who was both the store's glamorous TV promoter and old Karl Krogstad's newly acquired fiancee. But there's a silver lining. It's quite possible that one of Karl's insufferable descendants may be Ginger's killer. How nice to see alcoholic Junior Krogstad in jail for murder. Or Lance, Karl's grandson, who just graduated from the University of Spoiled Children. Even Junior's embittered wife, Ellen, would do.

But, alas, the Krogstads all seem well alibied. Which is more than can be said for some of Ted's more irrational staff...
