The Dawn Patrol are three best buddies who surf every chance they get and dream of escape from their dead-end town. When one of the trio finds a bag of drug money washed up on the beach, suddenly their dream seems within reach. Except the town drug pusher and several other desperate losers conspire to stop the young surfers on their way out of town.
