Todd's older brother, Mike, has a new girlfriend and it shows! The body shop he owns has become a disaster area, and Todd's been left to organize the mess and juggle both of their responsibilities. Lexi thinks Nancy's really great, but Todd's beginning to wish Mike would spend more time under the hood of a car!

When Ed Bell appears at the body shop asking for a job, Mike and Todd enthusiastically welcome him to the team. Ed is a great mechanic, but Todd and Lexi soon find out that he's pretty touchy about certain things such as having to study a car manual.
