In 1898 Boston, segments of society seem to be disintegrating. Children are filling orphanages at a rate that can't be sustained. Or, they're abandoned and living on the streets.
Kyle and Hilly have no idea how challenging their visit to this period will be. But after a chance meeting with a young girl and the wheels are set in motion, there's no going back. A trek of unimaginable proportions finds them testing the limits of everyone's endurance.
