He drew the wide collar over his head. He pulled the edges of the cape together and swiftly fastened it down its length, and he disappeared, a timeless shadow running silently down long corridors on a ship that was becoming as tenuous, as ghostlike as he was. He knew the way now. He went unerringly, passing the dark open doorways, running down long empty hallways, through the labyrinth of corridors and endless passageways as he chased after the fiend.
