Description
The intention of American prohibition in the 1920s was to reduce crime. Instead it led to an era of bootleggers, speakeasies, rum-runners and death on a daily basis as gangsters across the country fought for every piece of turf in the lucrative alcohol trade. Rocco and Besha DeLuca rose from poverty to feed alcohol to the organizations of those ruthless gangsters. But there is no honor among violent criminals and each day for Rocco and Besha sees death and violence visit their doorstep as they build their own whiskey empire.
