Born of Luna — John Russell Fearn

A deadly meteor swarm approaching the Earth activates ancient Lunar technology buried beneath Earth's surface that results in the birth of Raquilo, the last Selenite, who will save some humans from the meteor storm that millions of years ago destroyed the Moon's atmosphere, oceans and inhabitants.
