Formulators — Joe Hester

Formulators #1 is a spiritual fiction. The Formulators operate as a special unit out of Heaven which will formulate solutions for specified recipients to achieve a goal which will add more love and compassion to the future. These recipients are helped at a time when their life's and/or abilities are in jeopardy. By saving the life of a person or eliminating hardships which will keep them from achieving success, it will ultimately add more love and compassion to the future. Not everyone is chosen, and the decisions of those which are chosen come to the Formulators from the higher ups, these decisions are in the form of missions.
