Chip Fritter is such a superstar the town has decided to rename the Pumpkin Fest in his honor! It's going to be great -- for everyone but his forgettable sister, Penelope, of course.
Then a new family, the Phonees, shows up. Penelope thinks there's something very suspicious about the Phonees, like maybe they aren't who they say they are. Could they be up to something evil? Looks like another job for Penelope Fritter: Super-Sitter!
