Scratch Kitten has just settled into life on a small fishing boat when who should he spot on a neighboring ship but his own long-lost Paa! Determined to spend time with his Paa, Scratch tries to befriend Mrs. Captain, the sailor in charge of Paa's ship. But Mrs. Captain has so many ever-changing Rules and is so obsessed with finding her husband -- the man who stole her precious pink diamonds 20 years ago -- that she has no time for Scratch. So what happens when Scratch spots Mrs. Captain's husband on a treasure island? Will Scratch and Paa get the better of the thieves, or will the thieves get the better of Scratch and Paa?
