Description
A family of big-hearted squirrels run away from their old village, saddened from being picked on due to their poverty. They are on a trek to find a new home in a good, safe part of the woods, with others who will not judge their characters by the thread-bareness of their clothes. Following close behind is Greytail and his hare friend, hoping to unite with their family they've long liked, and an evil witch of The Grove who would like nothing more than squirrel soup on a cold winter's night! It's up to the compassion of all to help keep the blance of the forest and to find the good through bad situations. This heart-warming tale teaches children that the true quality of a person can be found within, and not always to judge a book by its cover.
