The body of a young woman is discovered with the back of her head caved in and one of Ted's business cards in her pocket. He is haunted by her murder after discovering she was a young man on his way to becoming a woman. The pieces of a troubled life propel Ted through the glitter clubs of Houston to its largest mega church, where he takes on a charismatic Pastor who has tapped the motherload of fund raising in 1-800-FORGIVE.
