LIFE IS BUT A DREAM...
For Marty Newland those words seemed all too true. It scared her that what she dreamed might eventually come to pass, and never more than when she dreamed of the recently abducted girl.
Marty had to convince the police to believe her, but assistant chief Walker Dietrick believed only in what he could see, and he couldn't see Marty's dreams. He could see Marty herself, and what he saw he liked. He reluctantly let her join the search, never dreaming that his own heart would be on the line in a desperate race to save a life.
