Allie's War: Episode 25 — J.C. Andrijeski

Allie, Revik and the rest of their team arrive at the Manhattan docks after a perilous ride underwater to get through the containment grid. Meanwhile, the Hotel itself has been transformed in their absence as the seers and humans living inside have been forced to adapt to the martial law environment that has fallen over New York City.

As Allie tries to wrap her head around the changes, she's forced to deal with an increasingly erratic Revik, who definitely isn't telling her something. Whatever is bugging him, he can't seem to be persuaded to spill it, although he tries to talk her into bonding the team in his insistence that she's in danger.

Meanwhile, Balidor does his best to learn what he can from their new prisoner, Ditrini, the previous lead infiltrator of the Lao Hu. Ditrini himself clearly still has issues with Allie, however, who he once owned as a part of her contract under the Lao Hu.

The longer Balidor spends with the older infiltrator, the more inclined he is to kill him rather than reason with him, as it grows increasingly apparent just how dangerous Ditrini is, even as their prisoner.
