Description
At thirty, a barrister's wife, the mother of three sons, Jill Langley is faced with the question of what to do with the years when her children are independent. Her husband's life is varied and mentally stimulating but the peak of her day is talking to the milkman. She feels out of touch with the world, bored and boring. Caught in a situation that is increasingly a problem in marriage, Jill and her family have to adjust to each other to enable her to rediscover her own identity.
