After years of being an intelligence analyst, Charlie McHenry,

supervisor E is sending him out on one last assignment; pose as a
disgruntled agent with a cache of sensitive documents which he intends
to sell personally to Simon Bray, the mastermind behind Winky Links.
In the process of infiltrating the Winky Links infrastructure, Charlie
