Dr Henricus Ant (Uncle Hank) ran away to Australia as a boy, made his fortune locust-ranching and became an inventor, his greatest inventions being the Antmobile, which runs on bottled sunshine with land, sea and space drives - and Scopsie, the cyber-owl on its radiator that's almost as clever as Uncle Hank himself. From time to time Uncle Hank visits his sister Dymphna and five nephews and nieces in Wapping, London, in the Antmobile to take them on adventures. And what adventures!
