Billy Hillis is Toronto's most underrated thief. Growing up in Kensington Market and struggling to survive, for anyone during the early part of the nineteen hundreds was the norm so Billy took to the streets to improve his lot in life. An elderly mentor sets Billy up to pull off one of the greatest robberies in Canadian history which leaves the police baffled and an old enemy looking for revenge.
