The Secrets of Silver Heart — Hope Goodwin

Catherine Matlock returns to her childhood home, the Silver Heart Ski Lodge, seeking answers to questions that have plagued her for years. Her father, Alan, runs the lodge and is in dire financial trouble. Alan's arch rival, Baron Ryan, owns the neighboring resort and intends to take over Silver Heart. Baron's son, Nick, is trying to persuade Alan to sell. Soon after meeting Nick, Catherine realizes she is attracted to him, but she doesn't want to be disloyal to her father.
