Carrie and Rosa are more than roommates - they're also best friends. Although Carrie's a cheerleader and Rosa's a geek, the two college seniors even adopt a puppy together. When the power goes out one stormy evening, Carrie suggests making a “fauxmantic” night out of it.

Rosa plays along, even when the one-off joke turns into a weekly “date night.” But as Carrie toes the line of what's acceptable between two heterosexual besties, Rosa begins to wonder if her growing feelings are really only pretend.
