Doctor at Downfold — Hermina Black

Robin Halston and his fiancee, Nicola, seemed to have found just the happiness they wanted in which to plan their wedding in the quiet village of Downfold. But when one of his patients, Iris consults him about her private problems, and finally vanishes in the wake of an unknown blackmailer, Robin is faced with the dilemma of either breaking his professional confidence, or having his career ruined. Malicious gossip complicates the situation and the main solution that of finding the unknown prosecutor seems impossible.
