Near the end of World War II, Hitler's 13th Panzer Division seizes Castle Dracula to serve as the secret testing ground for a flying bat-like Nazi super weapon. However, unknown to these invaders, the castle's crumbling ruins are still haunted by the legendary vampire's final Rumanian victim, a young Jewish girl whom Dracula has cursed to stalk the earth forever in the shape of a cat.
