A freak lightning storm has rolled in off San Diego's Point Loma while dark and ominous clouds hover over Palomar Mountain. Hell is coming, and no one suspects a thing.

A ragged police detective tries to pull his life together while around him idiocy and insanity reign. It's just another day at the Gaines Street Station, no one could care less.
