Description
In a story set in and around Boston from 1970 to the present, Outlaws explores the ambiguity of contemporary lawbreakers and high-level corruption. It examines international violence through the reactions of the many characters to Sam Tibbetts a drug-crazed, violent, and immoral student of the 1970s. And it also scrutinizes the juggling of professional achievement with personal disruption through prosecutor Terry Gleason's pursuit and prosecution of Tibbetts.
