Christmas in Holly — Gail Gaymer Martin

Ty and Mandy are forever best friends since childhood, but Mandy moved to Chicago for a job, and they haven't seen each other for years until Mandy's paternal grandmother dies and she returns to the small town of Holly for the funeral. When Mandy learns she has inherited everything of her grandmother's, including her house and savings, she ponders staying in Holly. Christmas draws near and trouble arises.
