Dino Bikes! — Eva Montanari

In a story about peer pressure and the importance of learning at your own pace, little Stego Saurus wants to be like the other dinos, so he removes the training wheels from his bike, but since he is still too young to ride a two-wheeler, he falls down, much to the amusement of the other dinos.
