Orville Barnes is the right hand man for Big Mike. Big Mike runs an Ohio populated with Variant humans. Some people have unbelievable power, some people have very minor powers. Some people are envious of those with more power. This has caused Ohio to be over run with the use of a drug called Booster. Big Mike and Orville need to find the supply of Booster and put a stop to it. The supply is closer to them than they know.
